2009 Eastern Division Tournament
The Knights of Columbus International Bowling Association Eastern Division will be sponsoring the 84th Annual Eastern Division Bowling Tournament in Syracuse, New York. The tournament will be hosted by the Knights of Columbus Sacred Heart Council # 6282. The host co-chairmen are Frank Schultz, Sr. and Sandy Sanderson.
Tournamet Dates & Times
The tournament will run March 27 through April 26, 2009. All times are EST/EDT. No bowling on Easter weekend, April 11 – 12, 2009.
Squad times are as follows: Fridays at 6:00 PM, Saturdays at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM and Sundays at 9:00 AM and 12:30 PM.

Additional Rule Changes
In addition to the changes noted on the main Events page, the following change is also in effect for this tournament:
Hardship Cases Due to Medical Reasons/Causes: A bowlers may use his/her doubles scores for the singles event. Each bowler will still pay for all three events but will only bowl in Doubles and Team. Any bowler seeking this allowance must make his/her request to the Assistant Secretary prior to his/her Singles and Doubles event. The Assistant Secretary will have the final decision on all requests.
Entrance Information
This year's tournament is a handicap/scratch tournament and is open to all skill levels, from the beginner to the experienced bowler.
The prize fund will be 90% to the handicap division and 10% to the scratch division. Bowlers may only qualify for prizes in one division per event, not both. That will be determined by the higher dollar amount to be won.
Bowling entry fees are $100.00 per team, $20.00 per bowler per event for Doubles & Singles and $2.00 for All Events.. Fees are payable in US Dollars. Checks should be made payable to Knights of Columbus International Bowling Association. No partial fees accepted.
